Can anyone let us know when exactly it will be published? Wouldn't it be more organized to feed us with the knowledge of a specific time frame for us to ogle the computer screen? Isn't it more considerate to allow us with enough time to arrange for funerals, to light up the pyre, to write the epitapth?

We are approaching the results season.
Due to an attack by Gremlins, we have a degree of difficulty this year.
As a result, several (could be as many as 150) students will not receive their expected e-mail response.
If you are approached by students about results, please tell them to check the college Web Site and follow the instructions carefully. Tell them to send a second e-mail even if they have already sent one. All emails sent before this week should be assumed to be lost.
Other than that, the following (I hope) will happen.
Current Seniors:
There will not be many of these waiting for results.
These can be collected from the exams office on Monday 11th August, probably from Break-time onwards. Tutors will not be involved in this process as the Exams Office can cope with the small numbers.
Leavers:
It may take some time for them to realise that they have not received their results as requested.
At that point they will probably ring the college to find out why.
If they contact a teacher about this please explain that you do not have access to the results and ask them to send a replacement e-mail.
Once they send a replacement e-mail, it will be answered but this process may not be completed before Tuesday 12th August.
No alternative results service is offered.
They should not come to college because there will be nothing to collect.
Departments:
Subject results will be given at some point on Tuesday 12th when we are sure that the vast majority of students have received their results by e-mail.
Hard Copies:
These will come from CIE, probably in time for the Mid August break and so will be distributed when we return. The exact date that they will arrive is indeterminate.
Your assistance in this is greatly appreciated.
